have i ever said how much i hate ntl? hmmm. think i might have mentioned it once or twice. they are so rubbish that even i could be an ntl technician. the 'problem' with my broadband that could only be fixed by them sending a technician out next friday (7 whole days without broadband), i managed to fix all by myself. with a little bit of technical wizardry.
