m&s raspberry mousse

rachel and i used to have long chats at work about yoghurt and mousse (well, as long as you can have in the 10 minute breaks we used to have). we concluded - after extensive research - that the king of all potted desserts is the m&s raspberry mousse, pictured here. i have just enjoyed one and can heartily recommend them.
